You will receive weekly workouts on an app that includes video instruction for each exercise along with rep range to optimize results. You will be instructed on how to select the correct weight.
Our Gold package is designed for busy women who want to increase strength, lean out and can commit to a 45 minute workout 3-4x a week.

Our Platinum package is a personalized program based on your goals, fitness level and equipment. After an intake interview, you will receive a customized program via an interactive app. Each session will include video instruction, rep range and the tools to determine what weight to use.
Weekly check ins are available for form correction and feedback on your progress. No matter your goal or fitness level, this program will ELEVATE your results and life!
